Policies

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancellations of appointments requires a full 48-hour notice to avoid late charges and fees. cancellations or reschedules under 48 hours results in a 50% charge of booked services. no call/no show/late more than 10 mins results in a 100% charge of booked services. selective services require deposits in order to book. if your card declines, you will be banned. We don't play games.

RESCHEDULING / NO SHOW POLICY

If you no show for your scheduled appointment you will lose your booking fee and will be required to pay the remaining of the appointment fee. Regular clients - To book any future appointments you will be asked to pay in full prior to your appointment. New Clients- You will no longer be able to book any appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PHONE POLICY

Please refrain from phone usage during the duration of esthetic services. most esthetic services require you to be still and/or have your eyes closed for your protection.

If you are using your phone around the salon, please refrain from speaker phone + video calls as you will disturb other customers.

LATE POLICY

If you are late to your appointment this will cut into your service time so the client booked after your is not inconvenienced. You will still be charged the full service amount.

NO CHILDREN + BABIES

As much as I love kids and babies, however selfcare collective is an adult only salon + shop. we offer in store pickup and online shopping for all your beauty needs. We really appreciate your understanding.
